Essentials is not responsible for any package delays once your package is picked up by USPS. If delayed or lost in transit you may file a claim with USPS. At this time we are only shipping domestically to the United States. Check back for future international shipping polices.
All of our candles go through a thorough an inspection process prior to shipping to ensure the best quality product. Please inspect your candles carefully before use. Due to the nature of our home fragrance products, used products can not be returned or refunded. At this time we do not accept returns. We want you to be happy with every purchase and will do everything to ensure your satisfaction.
If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or if your items arrived damaged, we will correct the problem. Please contact us so we can determine the best way to resolve the matter. We will be happy to replace damaged items for an identical item provided they are reported within 72 hrs. of order delivery.
